My Modern Approach
I currently offer virtual naturopathic support for women and families, with a focus on preconception, fertility, pregnancy, birth preparation, and pediatrics.
Alongside one-on-one support, I am continuing to build Natural Motherhood Collective®, an online community designed to provide ongoing education, live Q&As, office hours, book clubs, motherhood circles, and conversations surrounding holistic family wellness, natural living, pregnancy, pediatrics, homeopathy, prevention, and more.
More than just an educational platform, my vision is to create a grounded and supportive space where women can learn, connect, and feel deeply supported in raising healthy families in closer alignment with nature, community, and intentional living.
My Healing Philosophy
I believe true healing begins with education, empowerment, and reconnecting with the body’s innate ability to heal. The word “doctor” comes from the Latin docēre, meaning “to teach,” and this principle is deeply woven into my approach to care.
Through a vitalistic and nature-centered lens, I aim to help individuals and families better understand their bodies, strengthen vitality, remove obstacles to healing, and cultivate a more intentional way of living.
This philosophy is also what inspired me to create Natural Motherhood Collective®, a space centered around education, support, wisdom, and meaningful connection. My hope is to help women feel more confident and empowered in caring for themselves and their families while building relationships with like-minded mothers walking a similar path.
