Personalized Birth Planning & Support
Personalized naturopathic guidance to help you feel informed, confident, and supported as you prepare for birth, breastfeeding, and the early postpartum period.
I created this offering because not every mother finds me early in pregnancy—but every mother deserves personalized guidance before welcoming her baby.
The final weeks of pregnancy often bring some of the biggest decisions you'll make: creating your birth plan, preparing for labor or a scheduled Cesarean birth, understanding newborn procedures, preparing for breastfeeding, and getting ready for those first days with your baby.
My goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and supported as you prepare for birth and the transition into early motherhood.
Imagine having a naturopathic doctor to help you make sense of all the decisions before birth...
Someone you can text when you're wondering:
"Do I really need the Vitamin K shot?"
"What should I include in my birth plan?"
"What's the evidence behind delayed cord clamping?"
"Should I choose the eye ointment?"
"How can I make my scheduled C-section feel more natural?"
"How do I prepare for breastfeeding?"
"What should I expect during birth recovery?"
“How do I build the right birth team for me?"
“How do I advocate for the birth experience that's important to me?"
Instead of spending hours searching online or feeling unsure about the many decisions surrounding birth and early newborn care, you'll have someone who understands your values and helps you confidently navigate this season in a way that feels most aligned with you, your baby, and your family. 🤍

This is an education- and support-focused container. I do not replace your OB, midwife, or primary prenatal provider, provide routine prenatal or obstetric care, manage pregnancy or labor, attend your birth, or deliver your baby. I highly recommend having an established prenatal provider and birth team throughout your pregnancy. My role is to complement your primary prenatal care through education, preparation, resources, and personalized guidance, along with naturopathic care when appropriate and within my scope of practice.
