Pregnancy Support Container
I created the Pregnancy Support Container because I believe mothers deserve more than brief prenatal appointments and hours spent searching the internet for answers.
Pregnancy is one of the most beautiful and transformative seasons of life, but it's also filled with changing symptoms, important decisions, and moments of uncertainty. My goal is to provide personalized naturopathic care, trusted education, and ongoing support so you can feel informed, confident, and deeply supported every step of the way.
Personalized naturopathic care throughout pregnancy so you never have to navigate it alone.
Imagine having a naturopathic doctor in your back pocket throughout your pregnancy...
Someone you can text when:
"Is this symptom normal?"
"Are there natural ways to help with this?”
“Should I be concerned, or is this a normal part of pregnancy?”
"What foods should I be focusing on?"
"Do I really need this supplement?"
"Can I safely take this herb during pregnancy?"
“What questions should I ask my OB or midwife?"
“How do I build the right birth team for me?"
"What should I include in my birth plan?"
"What's the evidence behind Vitamin K, eye ointment, or delayed cord clamping?"
"What can I do now to prepare for breastfeeding and postpartum?"
Instead of spending hours searching the internet or trying to make sense of conflicting advice, you'll have someone who knows your pregnancy, understands your values, and can help you confidently navigate each step in a way that feels most aligned with your goals, your family, and your vision for birth. 🤍

What Makes This Different?
Most prenatal visits are understandably focused on monitoring the health of mom and baby.
My role is different.
I walk alongside you between appointments, helping answer your questions, provide education, and support you through the countless decisions that arise throughout pregnancy.
We work together—not instead of your birth team, but alongside them.
Collaborative care. Personalized support.

🤍 Continued education and support throughout pregnancy alongside the prenatal care you receive from your OB, midwife, or primary prenatal provider
This is an education- and support-focused container designed to complement your established prenatal care. I do not replace your OB, midwife, or primary prenatal provider, provide routine prenatal or obstetric care, manage your pregnancy or labor, attend your birth, or deliver your baby. I highly recommend maintaining an established prenatal provider and birth team throughout pregnancy. My role is to provide education, preparation, resources, and personalized guidance, with naturopathic care provided when appropriate and within my scope of practice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely. While joining earlier in pregnancy provides the greatest opportunity for ongoing support throughout each trimester, I also work with women later in pregnancy who want personalized guidance and birth preparation.
If you're already in your late third trimester, I recommend taking a look at my Personalized Birth Planning & Support Package, which is specifically designed to help you prepare for birth, navigate newborn decisions, and feel confident as your due date approaches.
-
No. I highly recommend having an established birth team and primary prenatal provider for your pregnancy and birth. My care is designed to complement, not replace, your OB, midwife, or other prenatal provider. This support is heavily education-based, giving you additional information, naturopathic support, and personalized guidance so you can feel informed and confident in the choices you make throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
-
Each member of your healthcare team has a unique and valuable role. While your OB or midwife oversees your medical care and your doula provides continuous labor support, my role is to provide personalized naturopathic care, education, and guidance throughout pregnancy. Together, we'll navigate common pregnancy concerns, understand your options, optimize nutrition and natural therapies when appropriate, create a personalized birth plan, and prepare for birth. I also help bridge communication between providers by ensuring you understand your options, feel prepared for important conversations, and can make informed decisions with confidence while working collaboratively with your existing birth team.
-
Traditional prenatal visits often have limited time for in-depth education. My goal is to provide personalized support between appointments, helping you understand your options, navigate common pregnancy concerns naturally, and feel confident in the decisions you make throughout pregnancy.
